Join in the fun as we take your SPRINT™ workout outdoor! LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute workout of high intensity, using an outdoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s short, with bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible on the bike to push your physical and mental limits. It’s high intensity, low impact, great for those who want to smash their fitness goals, fast. You don’t need to be a cyclist to do this, but you do need to bring on your maximum effort!

What should I bring?

This can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialized cycling gear is required. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are optional as well as cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they're not essential. Don't forget a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Why is it good for me?

Benefits are (1) build lean muscle and train your body to burn fat. (2) faster cardio results than with steady state training. (3) burn calories for hours after your workout. (4) short and intense - all done in 30mins. (5) build mental toughness, built it fast!!

What will I do?

Working with outdoor bikes to get 85% heart rate most of the time for fat burning and the after burn.
