What do I have to bring for my workout?
We offer complimentary in-club workout gear including top, bottom, socks, workout towels, shower towels, and shower amenities. Just bring your trainers!
What time are the clubs open?
Opening times vary from club to club so simply head to our Locations page to check yours. Virgin Active is open every day except Chinese New Year and Christmas Day.
Can I use other clubs?

Can I bring a friend to workout with me?

Can I claim my membership on my health insurance?
Yes, depending on your cover and your provider so chat to yours. Simply hop onto mylocker to print your tax invoice.
