Yoga Align, similar to Hatha Yoga, teaches you how to get out of your head and into your body. Suitable for all, during this class your teacher will guide you through the fundamentals of each pose, so you leave feeling centred and clear for the rest of your day.
Yoga Flow, based on Vinyasa Yoga, is one of the most popular modern styles of Yoga. Your teacher will lead you through a flowing set of poses in time with your breath. Catered to all levels with your choice of challenges, expect to feel energised long after leaving the studio.
You will feel the benefits of Yoga Calm, a Yin Yoga practice, from the moment you step into the studio. Your teacher will cue long holds close to the ground to encourage mobility throughout your body. For every body and every level, this class will reduce your stress and improve your wellbeing.
Take a journey into sound healing with Sound Bath. Set to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, this practice offers you space to nap without guilt. With just two poses and the remainder of the class in absolute rest, this is the ultimate occasion to recover, rebalance and reset.
