Why is it good for me?


It helps to strengthen core with series of yoga exercises, improves daily functional movement.


What will I do?


This yoga class is fitness based especially to strengthen the core. Almost similar to Pilates, there are more yoga moves link to target the core muscles.


What should I bring?


Just yourself, comfy workout gear and a bottle of water. We provide the Mat! Yoga Core is a barefoot class, however, please travel to and from our changing rooms with shoes to protect your precious toes!
