Spin to the rhythm & burn to the beat!
Let music and rhythm take your legs out for a ride. Enjoy the beats of heart-pumping music from your favourite artistes as you pedal hard in this 45-minute indoor cycling ride. Burn lots of calories, get the heart beating fast, feel the leg burn but let the music take away your pain! Feel free to sing along if your favourite song comes on, we hear it helps to burn an extra calorie or two too.
All fitness levels are welcome
What should I bring?
Cycle can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialised cycling gear is required. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are optional as well as cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not essential. Don’t forget a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
Why is it good for me?
Alongside some serious tunes to pump your pedals to, you will improve aerobic fitness, burn calories and fat, tone and shape your legs as well as release endorphins to leave you with a natural high!
What will I do?
Coached by your inspiring pack leader, ride a series of terrains including flats, sprints, hills and high intensity interval training. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves.
