What should I bring?

RPM™ can be done in normal workout clothes and shoes, so no specialized cycling gear is required. Cycling shoes with SPD cleats are optional as well as cycling shorts will make the ride more comfortable but they’re not essential. Don’t forget a drink bottle and a sweat towel.

Why is it good for me?

You will improve aerobic fitness, burn calories and fat, tone and shape your legs, as well as release endorphins to leave you with a natural high!

What will I do?

Find your rhythm in a cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. RPM™ tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.  You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves.
