What types of memberships do you have?
We have a range of memberships so feel free to come visit any of our clubs any time or give us a call and we can talk you through the options. Alternatively, click get in touch above and we can give you a call back at your preferred time.

How can I update my information?
Simply log in to mylocker by hitting the 'sign in' button above and go to the 'my details' tab. Easy peasy.
Can I freeze my membership?
Absolutely. We know that sometimes you may need a break so simply let us know in writing by close of business on the Sunday before your next direct debit and we will freeze your membership. For full details, check out our membership terms. Freeze fees apply.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply pop into your home club by close of business on the Sunday before the next direct debit and we will cancel your membership then and there. Can I claim my membership on my health insurance?
We currently do not have any direct partnerships with insurance providers. However you may wish to check with your health insurance provider for details.
When are payments due?
Payments are made fortnightly every second Thursday. Please click here for a copy of our direct debit calendar including key dates to manage your membership.
Can I use other Virgin Active clubs?
Members with a Virgin Active Singapore membership have access to all of our clubs here in Singapore, and have complimentary access to our network of close to 240 clubs located across 8 different countries, on 4 continents. To read our full reciprocal rights policy, simply click here.

What is mylocker?
mylocker is our nifty member portal where you can book into your favourite class, invite your friends for a workout, update your details, print your tax invoices and catch up on your club's news.
