1. Visit Limitations

Your membership includes 1 Club Visit per week. Please book via MyLocker. If you do not use your Club Visit your MyLocker account will be credited with a Club Visit credit that will be able to be used within 6 months from the date that the credit was created. Your MyLocker account will show the number of credits you have available and the relevant expiry dates. Credits can only be redeemed against certain class or activity types. Your MyLocker account will show the classes and activities that are available to book for your credit type. You can pay in advance for additional Club Visits if the visitation limit of your membership has been reached. If you cancel your membership you will forfeit any unused credits. 2. Freeze

If you wish to suspend or “freeze” your membership, simply let us know in writing or by completing a Change of Circumstances form at your home club. Your membership may be frozen for one or more consecutive whole fortnightly billing periods (i.e., a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 12 weeks) and cannot be frozen for only a part of a fortnight. Simply let us know in writing at least 3 days (by the close of business on Sunday) before the direct debit date. You will not be able to use the Club when your membership is frozen. A freeze of your membership will also freeze the calculation of your initial commitment period. A freeze fee (set out in your Home Club Pricelist) applies.

3. Your Personal Data

We will collect, use and retain your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and collection notice found at virginactive.com.sg

4. Cooling Off Period

If you change your mind within 7 days of joining, we'll refund any payments. We may deduct any guest fees or personal training fees, if you've used our clubs or services.

5. Initial Commitment Period

All we ask is you give us a minimum Initial Commitment Period of at least 12 weeks. Your agreement will then automatically renew for further two week Commitment Periods unless terminated.
