Our Clubs 

Markings to ensure safe training spaces with safe distancing.
You’ll find floor markers located around the club to help you keep within the allocated STUDIO GREY ZONEGYM WORKOUT RED ZONE, OUTDOOR GREEN ZONE, POOL BLUE ZONE and train at a safe distance. We ask that, when using our clubs, you follow the markers and maintain the prescribed distance from your fellow members. Safe distancing has been set up in accordance with SportSG guidelines.

Various options to members with different vaccination statuses 
With a wide variety of offerings, we are pleased to extend various options in accordance with the 
latest guideline from Sport SG to members with different vaccination statuses to continue to #livehappilyeveractive with us!


*Fully vaccinated i.e. has received the full regimen of Pfizer/BioNTech Comirnaty, Moderna or WHO
Emergency Use List (EUL) vaccines, with an additional two weeks for the vaccine to be fully effective.

Equipment and machines laid out with at least 2m apart between members.
You might notice that we’ve rearranged some of the equipment in our clubs. This is to make sure you have all the space you need while working out. Chat to our friendly team if you’re trying to locate your preferred equipment!

Limits on the number of people in our facilities and classes.
As per Sport SG guidance and to create a safe exercise experience, we will need to limit our club capacity depending on club size. Our group exercise classes will also be reduced in size to allow sufficient safe distancing.

Bookable schedules for gym floor access and group exercise.
To safely manage the capacity in our clubs, all our members will need to use mylocker to book a slot prior
to accessing the club including for gym floor access. In the interest of all our members and to allow sufficient access to our clubs, gym floor workouts will be bookable in 1-hour slots, and you can arrive at any time during your booked hour to workout however you like - run, stretch, swim or shower. You
just need to leave the club by the end of your booked time.
 
For group exercise, you will be able to arrive 10 minutes before your class and will have 15 mins
after your class to get changed before leaving the club. Our usual booking rules will otherwise remain the same.

For the usage of our pools, just book a gym floor slot and you will be granted access to the pool during your timeslot. A maximum of 1 person per lane will be allowed for safe-distancing.

For the safety of everyone and to keep the number of members in line with the restricted
capacity, we would like to seek the support of all our members to respect the allocated timeslot.


Group exercise studios and equipment cleaned after every class.
You may notice that we’ve made some adjustments to our timetable. This is to allow extra time for our team to disinfect equipment and surfaces in our studios between classes.  

Air conditioning units set to increase fresh air circulation.

Most facilities will continue to operate.
Salt rooms, ice/steam rooms, sleep pods and rock climbing wall are open and ready for members’ use. 
 
High-touch features out of action.
Some of our high-touch features and areas like Yoga props (blankets 
and bolsters) will remain out of action for a little while.  


Our Cleaning Protocol 

Cleaning high-touch surfaces every 3 hours.
Every 3 hours our teams will be paying special attention to cleaning high-touch items such as weights, handles and knobs. 


Chlorinated pools checked every 4 hours.
We will continue to ensure that our chlorinated pool systems are hygiene checked every 4 hours to make sure they stay sparkling clean.


Increased cleaning throughout the day and daily deep cleaning of the entire club.
We’ve always done this, but now more than ever we’re spending extra time and deploying team members to make sure our clubs are at their best.

We will do our best to protect your safety but we cannot do it without your kind support. Please help us in protecting our team and the other members in our club.

Entry:

1. Use the hand sanitiser provided

2. Open the TraceTogether App on your phone and tap on our device
to check in to "Safe Entry"

3. Get your temperature checked

4. Contactless use of your membership card to enter the club

Exit:

1. Contactless tap out 
with your membership card.


2. Open the TraceTogether App on your phone

and tap on our device to check out from
Safe Entry. 


Wearing masks and practice safe distancing
Masks should be worn as default but can be removed for strenuous activity although it is still recommended as best practice.


The following safe distancing parameters must be practiced at all times while in our clubs:

1 meter in non-exercising areas – General areas of the club, reception and lounge area

2 meters in low and medium intensity exercise areas – Gym floor, locker rooms / change rooms, low / medium intensity studios

3 meters in high intensity exercise areas – High intensity studios


Contact tracing.
Please check that your contact details are correct before you work out with us again. This is to make sure that, if required, we can follow the Government recommended contact tracing steps. You can update your details via MyLocker.  

Please use the Government TraceTogether App to get notified quickly if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 through close contact.


We must practice safe distancing.
Thankfully our clubs are large enough to make this one easy! You’ll also find markers on the floor to help you keep your distance. 


Wiping equipment before and after use.
Please use the disinfectant spray to wipe the machines and equipment before and after use.  


Please bring your used member gear and towel to the counters.
 Drop bins have been removed from all our change rooms to implement safe management on used gear and towels. Please kindly bring them to our counters once you have finished your workout.


Our People 

Health check.
We check in with all our staff on their health daily to make sure they’re also well and ready to help you enjoy your workout. Staff will also undergo COVID-19 test every 14 days under FET program.

Be assured that our instructors are fully vaccinated or will undergo the Pre-Event Test daily before they are able to conduct classes or personal training sessions.


Trained teams ready to go.
Our teams have all completed training on our safety protocols and our COVID-19 secure plan. A Safe Management Officer (SMO) has been appointed, extensive training provided and our skilled team will be on shift to ensure your safety throughout the day.  


Extra efforts scheduled to clean throughout the day.
We’re putting in extra effort to keep our clubs clean. All staff have been provided with disinfectant spray and wipes so you’ll find our teams sanitising and wiping multiple times every day.  


Hands off coaching.
Our Coaches will still get you working up a sweat from a safe distance. This means no hands-on adjustments or high fives during Personal Training, but we know they’re still proud of your efforts.  


We urge our team and our members to stay home if feeling unwell. 
Wash your hands, practice good hygiene and maintain physical distance. We also ask that if your health circumstances have changed, please re-complete a health check.
