We’ve been busy adding new functionality to mylocker such as online and live-streamed workouts to help inspire members to live active lives.
As we continue to add more functionality into mylocker, we will discontinue the Virgin Active app and mylocker will only be available as a mobile site at mylocker.virginactive.com.sg.
From 30 July, the Virgin Active app will no longer be available in the App store and you’ll notice when you log in you’ll be redirected to mylocker.virginactive.com.sg.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
If you are currently using the App, be sure to remove the App from your phone. Then simply head to mylocker and log in using your member ID and password. You can add the mobile site to your home screen or favourites for easy access.
Your login details are as per the welcome email you received upon sign up.
You’ll still be able to access all your favourites such as book a class, on-demand and live-streamed workouts and manage your account with us. Plus, we’ll launch more features to help you on your fitness journey.
If you are currently using the mobile site (that’s heading to mylocker.virginactive.com.sg), then simply
continue accessing mylocker. And if you haven’t already, add it to your home screen or favourites for easier access.
