Dear Virgin Active Members
Following further directives from the MOH last night regarding the continued tightening of social distancing measures, we will be closing all 6 Virgin Active clubs across Singapore from tonight, 25 March 10.30pm until 30 April.
During the time our clubs will be closed, we will freeze your membership automatically and no debit order/credit card membership payment will run for as long as the clubs are closed. There is nothing that you need to do, we will automatically freeze your membership and reinstate your membership and your direct debit when our clubs re-open. If your membership is already on freeze, we will reinstate your membership when your requested freeze period ends if that is later. Personal Training sessions have been frozen. Once the clubs re-open and your membership has been reactivated your sessions will be active for you to use again.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you updated on any developments relating to your club and your membership as soon as we can.
We understand that this is a difficult time, but exercise is a great antidote for stress and supports a healthy immune system, so we encourage you to stay healthy and as active as you can.
