They say variety if the spice of life, well it’s actually the spice of keeping active for longer, which will give you a better quality of life. We offer a wide variety of ways to get you moving because getting stuck in a routine for too long does your head in and physiologically, your body adapts to the exercise so it’s good to mix it up a little. That’s why we've created large clubs with enough variety to keep you active forever... well, almost.

We’re all in it together

With over 200 classes per week at each of our clubs, we seriously have the most mind-blowing widest, best range of quality group exercise classes available anywhere, period.  From bespoke mind & body studios offering Vinyasa Yoga, all the way to the other end of the spectrum; High Intensity Interval Training through our unique programmed zone called The Grid, there truly is something for every interest and training goal.

Let’s get technical

Treadmills, cardio wave, stationery and recline bikes, various cross trainers, steppers - we’ve got the lot. And all with a few bells and whistles thrown in. Our Artis® equipment can also upload your workouts to the MyWellness System. You can track your progress, sync your workouts from a multitude of fitness apps and even take part in challenges.

Lots of water

Not the type you drink, the type you play in. With experiential showers, ice bucket showers and a clear, sparkly pool, you’ll be able to move in new ways you never imagined and relax and unwind at the end of every session… ahhh yes please.
