Be the Early Bird that catches the worm!
Let’s make our group fitness experience even better for you and your fellow members by arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time!
Five reasons why you should be the early bird:
1. Get your favourite spot.
2. If you are new to the program, you will have time to speak to the instructor and other like-minded members and set up your equipment. Being prepared for a new workout is half the battle won!
3. Minimising class disruption means you all get to enjoy the class that much more.
4. Maximise the calories burnt by being at the class from start till finish.
5. Most importantly, SAFETY first! You need a good warm up to really get the benefits of the class.
Members arriving after the class has started, will not be allowed into the class.
So be the early bird, will you?
