Unleash Your Inner Warrior

You spoke, we listened. Virgin Active Warrior is back by popular demand.

Each contender will take turns to go through a series of obstacles that incorporate jumps, run, crawl and lifts; challenging you both physically and mentally.

Come join our fitness professionals Cory & Zaf for this obstacle race and achieve your personal best!

- Eat healthy food for a better health

- Choose fruits, vegetables, and whole grains rather than food high in salt , and fat such as fast food.

- Grab a healthy snack on the go and avoid processed food that are high salt which have been related to high blood pressure and other health related issues.

- Choose water to help keep calories down and keep hydrated for best mind and body functions.

We are excited to announce that the Sofitel Pool is now open for Virgin Active Members as a perk.

Simply exchange your photo ID for a pool access on each occasion at our Reception.

The little things to follow:

Pool operations hours (For VA members)
*Weekdays 6.30am to 10.00pm*
*Weekends & Public Holiday 8.00am to 7.30pm*

No outside food or drinks allowed; a pool menu is available at Sofitel. Sofitel changing rooms and toilet facilities are for hotel guests only/

The Millesime Terrace is reserved for hotel guests

Be the Early Bird that catches the worm!

Let’s make our group fitness experience even better for you and your fellow members by arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time!

Five reasons why you should be the early bird:

1. Get your favourite spot.
2. If you are new to the program, you will have time to speak to the instructor and other like-minded members and set up your equipment. Being prepared for a new workout is half the battle won!
3. Minimising class disruption means you all get to enjoy the class that much more.
4. Maximise the calories burnt by being at the class from start till finish.
5. Most importantly, SAFETY first! You need a good warm up to really get the benefits of the class.

Members arriving after the class has started, will not be allowed into the class.

So be the early bird, will you?
