Let loose at Virgin Active with new dance programs - HIP HOP and SWAGfit!

If you've always wanted to explore a new aerobic-based class to bang out some calories with the crew or try a new dance style to music, join us in our HIP HOP and SWAGfit! We're conducting special classes by Instructor Rhomeiny, who has been teaching dance for 10 years, and will take you through achievable dance choreography and technique drills to find your groove!

Put on your swag, sneaks and get ready to bring on the funk to feel fantastic.

Discover ananda (blissful joy) in levitating meditations and increase your own awareness of this ground-breaking new genre of yoga.

Put your best foot forward! (With shoes on)

Run faster, jump higher, get an extra bounce in your step and most importantly work out safely by wearing your shoes!

Unless stated otherwise, all classes in Studio 1, Studio 2, altitude studio, Cycle Studio and GRID Zone, and the gymfloor require you to have proper footwear on. Members who do not have proper footwear on will be asked to leave the class or the gym floor. We hate to turn you away from your favourite class, but we care for your safety and wouldn’t wish for you (and your toes) to get hurt physically.

We've got socks to lend you too, so remember to bring your shoes and continue to put your best foot forward in your workout!

Be the Early Bird that catches the worm!

Let’s make our group fitness experience even better for you and your fellow members by arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time!

Five reasons why you should be the early bird:

1. Get your favourite spot.
2. If you are new to the program, you will have time to speak to the instructor and other like-minded members and set up your equipment. Being prepared for a new workout is half the battle won!
3. Minimising class disruption means you all get to enjoy the class that much more.
4. Maximise the calories burnt by being at the class from start till finish.
5. Most importantly, SAFETY first! You need a good warm up to really get the benefits of the class.

Members arriving after the class has started, will not be allowed into the class.

So be the early bird, will you?

Pilates Reformer Classes at Holland Village

With our Reformer Starter, Flex, Classical and Atheletic classes at Holland Village, you'll gain body awareness and challenge your core strength with our Reformer equipment that uses adjustable springs, cables, bars, straps and pulleys.
