Put your best foot forward! (With shoes on)
Run faster, jump higher, get an extra bounce in your step and most importantly work out safely by wearing your shoes!
Unless stated otherwise, all classes in Studio 1, Studio 2, altitude studio, Cycle Studio and GRID Zone, and the gymfloor require you to have proper footwear on. Members who do not have proper footwear on will be asked to leave the class or the gym floor. We hate to turn you away from your favourite class, but we care for your safety and wouldn’t wish for you (and your toes) to get hurt physically.
We've got socks to lend you too, so remember to bring your shoes and continue to put your best foot forward in your workout!
