Cups are a no no!

We know you like to sweat and stay hydrated - it's great for the glow. However, we do ask that only water bottles are used in the gym and classes.

Using cups in the studios or gym floor risks spillage. No matter how good other members may move they risk slipping on your spilled water. This means the class will need to be stopped so we can clean up your oopsie.

A lot of our kit is driven by electricity and water is considered a high risk in these areas too.

So help us keep our Club safe for you and other members alike. Use water bottles around the Club excluding the lounge area.

Electric Scooters

We understand some of our members may use a scooter to get around. We have noticed a few of them making their way into our Club.

Here at Holland Village we are limited in space. With this in mind the scooters have been getting a lot of feedback. Some members have nearly tripped over them or are not able to access their lockers as the scooter is blocking their way.

Therefore, we kindly request that all scooters are left outside of the Club at all times.

Thanks for your support in keeping our Club and members alike safe.

Bags on the Floor and Classes

This is a polite reminder that all bags, hand bags, gym bags, toiletry bags, shopping bags, etc. need to be left in the lockers provided at all times with no exception.

Due to limited space in the studios and on the gym floor we request that this space is kept clear for members to exercise. Your bag also becomes a trip hazard when on the floor so we are keen to avoid anyone getting injured.

Similarly, another member may mistakenly step on your bag when exercising and damage your bag or its contents.

We understand you may have a nice little slot in which you keep your bag on the gym floor. However, if we let you do this then we need to be consistent and let all members do the same.

Subsequently, all bags will be removed and sent to reception should we find any on the gym floor.

Thanks for helping us reduce accidents on the gym floor and for keeping these areas safely available for other members.
