With Community and teamwork in focus, together we’ll sweat, raise our heart rates, build muscle and share the occasional tears. The Grid is a 45 minute class, focused on building stamina, strength and stability. Utilising elements of strength and conditioning, the Grid will have you moving like you never thought you were capable. On the Grid we squat, pull, push, lunge, twist and bend your way to a new you.

Our team of Grid Coaches program the best of the best workouts to make sure week on week you will be building stamina, strength and stability. That’s right, leave the thinking to the experts! Just turn up, and be the best you can be. We’ve got your back.

Along side your Grid family, you will push to be the best version of yourself you can be! Run, row, jump, press, pull swing - you never know what to you're going to get. Grid training are high intensity, strength and cardio based workouts – you can rest when it is over.

All skill levels are welcome.
