Home to some of the latest equipment, add a different dimension to your workout with the following:

Monitor and track your running progress with our bleep tests. It is a measure of your capacity for aerobic work and can be a predictor of your potential as an endurance athlete. All Bloomberg Square Milers can book for the tests at these stipulated timings:
Every Tuesday – 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Every Thursday – 10:00am – 10:30am
Need extra motivation? We also have a dedicated team of Fitness Professionals who will be conducting outdoor running training sessions just for you.
Every Monday – 12:30pm – 1:00pm
Every Wednesday – 7:15pm – 7:45pm

*Valid on weekdays before 11am and all day on weekends. This does not apply to Bleep Tests. Participants are welcome to book for the slots based on the timings available. We regret to inform that visitation during any other timings other than the above listed are strictly not allowed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
