Step out of the office, breath deep and extend your body as you run gracefully through the natural environment. Our aim is to make you a stronger and more mindful runner. Understand how to build your body up, rather than break it down and be confident about moving closer towards your goal with each stride we take together.

Skill level: General population, Newbies to advanced runners. Anyone wanting to learn the art of running.
Why it is good for me: Running is a natural life skill, which is why it has so many positive effects on the body, including improving cardiovascular health, strengthening your musculoskeletal system, mood enhancement, reducing your risk of diabetes and an increased metabolism.
What will I do: You will first be taken through a warm up involving a light jog and stretching, we will then go through some running mobility and execution drills. This prepares the body and brain to run correctly. We move in to the running component, which may include sprints, intervals, hills, stairs or distance runs. This section is followed by a cool down that may include core exercises, stretches and deep breathing, before we take a recovery jog back to base.
What should I bring: We’ll provide you with our Virgin Active Run top and water, so just bring along a pair of good running shoes and socks. Less is best.
