With natural light streaming through our floor to ceiling windows and greenery overlooking the entire club, you'd be hard pressed to think you were in a gym - people have told us they feel like they're almost at a retreat!

You'd probably recognize the Pilates Reformer even if you've never used one. It's a hulking machine that consists of a sliding carriage rigged with springs, bars and straps. Pilates Reformer offers plenty of benefits, including total body conditioning and strength-building.
Our lovely instructor, Lena, will be conducting the class on 14th of September from 3:00pm - 3:45pm.
We will have another session on the 15th of September from 11:00am - 11:45am conducted by the equally amazing instructor, Wilda.
