We offer a wide variety of ways to get you moving because getting stuck in a routine for too long does your head in and physiologically, your body adapts to the exercise so it’s good to mix it up a little. That’s why we've created large clubs with enough variety to keep you active forever... well, almost.

With over 800 classes per week across our Raffles Place, Tanjong Pagar, Holland Village, Marina One and Duo Galleria clubs, we seriously have the most mind-blowing widest, best range of quality group exercise classes available anywhere, period.  From bespoke mind & body studios offering Vinyasa Yoga, all the way to the other end of the spectrum; High Intensity Interval Training through our unique programmed zone called The Grid, there truly is something for every interest and training goal.
