Ready to glow in the Park?

We're bringing the year to a sunny close by moving outdoors!

Catch us every Tuesday and Saturday, starting from the 24th October to 30 December, at Tanjong Pagar Urban Park, Level 1.

Our inaugural session will kick off on the 24th October, 6.30 - 7.30pm featuring Pulse Powered by Clubbercise.

Subsequent classes will feature Bodycombat on Tuesdays (28th October onwards) and Zumba on Saturdays. (31st October onwards)

Besides bringing energy, fun and much light, do also bring your membership cards for registration purposes.

Step It up with Les Mills Bodystep!

Bodystep is an energizing full body cardio workout for all, newcomers to fitness veterans. It improves coordination and agility while toning and shaping your butt, legs and increase your cardio fitness exponentially.

Walking up and down the stairs, in combination with burpees, push ups and the use of a weight plate to work the upper body. There's always options to get you through the workout safely.

Power up with BCAAs

What are BCAAs?
Branched-chain Amino Acids comprise of 3 amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

These are found in protein food such as eggs, meat and even soy, taken in most commonly after workouts to repair muscle tissue.

How will it help me?
After a hard workout on the gym floor doing a Grid or Pump class, your muscles are starving. They have been working hard and are screaming for recovery and a rebuild. That's where BCAAs come in.

Taking in BCAA's slow muscle breakdown. It's free-form and doesn't require digestion and is easily absorbed into the bloodstream.
