Raffles Place Facelift

Great News! We've listened to your feedback, therefore the club will be getting a facelift in certain areas.

We will be doing some remedial works in the Shower & Rest and Recovery areas and to facilitate this happens as quickly as possible we will close the club on the weekends in April'17. The alternative was to have the works running over a few months whilst the club is open, which would be a greater inconvenience for you.

Not to worry. This would be a great opportunity to visit our Tanjong Pagar Club. We will be putting on additional studio classes, as well as having all PT sessions delivered there too.

We really appreciate your patience and support on this and if we can get the works done quicker then absolutely we will.

Tanjong Pagar - Altitude Classes

Training in altitude studio allows you to train at lower oxygen levels for only a short period of time, before coming out of the studio into a normal environment.

We offer unique quarterly focus of training for our members comprises of Circuit, Zuu/Ankorr, Cardio and Holistic, which will be led by an instructor focusing on heart rate training zones using the latest Polar heart rate monitor to music.

This 30 minutes session will aim to provide you with an even better way to get results comparable to training at sea level.

We are focusing on ZUU and ANKORR training between March and May. ZUU is highly recommended before attending ANKORR to acclimatize to this high performance training.
