Virgin Active, the health & fitness business within the Virgin Group of businesses is expanding its Marketing team and looking for a new family member for its Singapore Marketing team.

About You:

The role: Marketing Manager, Singapore 

Virgin Active is looking for a Marketing Manager who is highly independent, passionate and creative individual who is excited to be a part of its fast growing Singapore business. The business is in search for a competent generalist who is able to strategize and execute comprehensive marketing plans and has a proven track record of launching and managing such plans.

The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Plan & strategize campaigns and concepts
- Plan & execute full and integrated Marketing & Communications scope
- Manage all Marketing & Communications activities in the company
- Plan & create Marketing & Communication materials
- Plan & implement promotional and lead generation campaigns
- Brand management and ensure corporate identity alignment
- Monitor & report on the effectiveness of Marketing Communications
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to roll out campaign / product / club launches
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of Marketing objectives
- Event creation & management
- Good understanding of digital, social and new media to be able to synergise with overall plans  
- Strategize and manage media relations
- Manage and execute ATL & BTL advertising and Marketing initiatives
- Work & tie up with suitable third party partners
- Creation of communication materials for relevant teams
- Day-to-day administration needs of Marketing department
- Internal stakeholder liaison and communication
- Manage the Singapore Marketing budget

What we are looking for:
- Creative & passionate
- Self-starter & independent
- Happy to get your hands dirty
- Good communication skills
- Worked in a multinational environment previously and able to collaborate with internal stakeholders
- At least 5 years’ prior experience in a consumer Marketing role; having worked on a comprehensive Marketing scope  
- At least 3 years’ prior experience in (Marketing) managerial capacity
- Degree or above in Marketing or Business
- Possess a good understanding of the digital Marketing, social media and new media landscape
